    7. A real good read of a slave turn into best orator. I read this book because Fredrick Douglass is my all time favorite black historian. Nancy L Sanders did an outstanding job on giving good details in the life of Fredrick Douglass. I also like the various activities in the book gives illustration on how to create items used in that time. This book was for both kids and adults to read that is reason I give it 5 stars.
